“The jury looked anonymously through 67 applications from 17 countries, in total 118 textile artworks. From these 40 artworks by 38 artists were chosen for ARTAPESTRY5. Whilst the focus was predominantly on the medium of woven tapestry, including Jacquard, more experimental approaches were also given consideration.“

The exhibition traveled to Kulturcentrum Ronneby in Sweden, Mark Rothko Art Center, Daugavpils in Latvia og ARAD Museum of Art in Romania.
